Looks like this driver contains source-less microcode and should thus
honour WITHOUT_SOURCELESS_UCODE.

As pointed out previously, qlxbge has the same issue:

Formeller Bug-Report für Blob-Problem im September hat geholfen:

wurde aber m.E. pessimiert: "qlnx: exclude if WITHOUT_SOURCELESS_UCODE set"

Falsches Copyright-Jahr bleibt "vorerst" fehlerhaft.
Für ElectroBSD kein Problem aber m.E. auch kein Zeichen von
hohen Qualitätsansprüchen bzw. erkennbaren Mindest-Standards.
